The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. Bathrobes are available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Reservations are only binding after written confirmation from our side and after receipt of a deposit of at least 50% of the travel price. Errors and mistakes reserved. In case of dispute the regional court of Bolzano is responsible. Mandatory information according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council. You can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival.
After the free cancellation period of 21 days we will charge a deposit of 50% of the total amount. If you cancel your booking 14 days before arrival we will charge 90% of the booked arrangement.
To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend you to subscribe our travel insurance.
