143 years old. 492 kilograms. This isn't just a table, it's a statement. Taking centre stage in our Privè is a solid oak table cut from a tree felled in December 2018 on the banks of the Elbe in Germany. By 2020, master carpenter Andreas Mayr Kondrak had transformed it into something extraordinary. A table that's lived more lives than most of us. And it's got room for everyone: up to 18 guests can pull up a chair and feel right at home.

The Privè is built for people who mean business - whether that's a high-stakes meeting, a strategy deep-dive, or a team session that actually gets somewhere. And when the ideas dry up? Step outside, fill your lungs with mountain air, and let a drink at the Luis Bistro bar do the rest.
Share the good stuff
Everyone knows food tastes better when you share it with the right crowd. Here's how it works: our Shared Menu throws out the rulebook on traditional courses and replaces it with a spread of small sharing plates, arriving one after another. For groups of nine or more, we also offer a set menu put together personally with our head chef, tailored around what you actually want to eat. Fish, meat, or vegetarian - no compromises, just great food.
