Rooms:
All rooms have a bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, large mirror, safe, telephone, satellite TV and balcony.
Discount for extra beds added to any room:
70% for children up to 2 years, 50% for children up to 6 years, 20% for children from 6 to 12 years and 10% for adults.
Supplements:
For a single person in a double room there is a supplement of 50% per day.
For a stay of less than 4 days the supplement is 8 € per day.
Check in – Check out:
Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. In the event of arrival being after 18.00 we ask that you advise us by telephone.
On day of departure, guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.00.
Deposit:
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The deposit can be paid by cheque or credit card. |

Cancellation:
A cancellation is possible only 60 days before arrival, we will charge a fee of euro 100.00 per room. The cancellation until 1 week before the agreed arrival, we will charge a fee of 70% of the Arrangements. A cancellation in the last week before arrival or in case of late arrival, early departure or in case of no show, according to the EC law, we will charge a cancellation cost of 90% of the arrangement. In the event of late arrival, early departure or in case of no-show, our insurance against Cancellation Costs guarantees our guests cover.
INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE ART. 13 OF THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/03.
In accordance to the art. 13 of the legislative decree relating the processing of personal data, the present communication gives you information about the use. The here compiled data have the purpose to register the person concerned for activate an information service regarding special offers, prices and more of the Hotel Linder. The communication of the data is handled electronically and happens voluntarily: an eventual denial implies the impossibility of the data handling for the above-mentioned purpose. At any time the person concerned reserves the right to require the updating, the amendment or the completion of eventual incomplete data.
